Facial Roller directions for use:
Please note: each step will require the rolling action 5-10 times each.
1. Prepare by cleansing your face and applying a hydrating serum or facial oil.
2. Forehead: Using the larger side of the roller, roll from the centre of the forehead to the hairline.  
3. Eyes: Using the smaller side of the roller, gently roll underneath the eye area from the inner to the outer corner.
4. Nose: Roll from the tip to the top of your nose.
5. Cheeks: Using the larger side of the roller, roll out towards your ears.
6. Jawline and Neck: Finish by rolling from the tip of your chin upwards on the jawline and then gently rolling upwards on the neck.

Gua Sha Directions for use:
1. Prepare by cleansing your face and applying a hydrating serum or facial oil
2. Grasp the Gua Sha tool with the wider curved side to your face and glide it gently in an up and out motion, starting with the neck then to the jaw, chin and mouth area. Redo the same area 3-5 times each.
