As all products are dispatched from Australia, any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Customers might also expect additional costs on the delivery process. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

* DISCLAIMER: Shipping companies that deliver Origani products are not able send products to PO Box outside Australia. A residential or commercial shipping address is required.

According to Origani refund policies, if a shipping company tries to contact a customer by email and by phone and does not receive a response, the products will be returned to Origani's warehouse. The refund for such orders will be provided only for the products, excluding shipping costs.

When international orders reach their destination country, they are subject to customs clearance which can cause lengthy delays that effect the original delivery date. Unfortunately we do not have any control over this and is completely at the discretion of the receiving country.
